Comment on the Draft Strategic Energy Assessment 2026-2032
My public comment in docket 5-ES-113. Wisconsin measures electric adequacy against a floor and nothing else, so it cannot tell surplus from being on course. I ask the Commission to add a target rate of demand growth and a band on excess capacity, and make ten reporting requests.
