Both tangy and slightly sweet, balsamic vinaigrette is versatile enough to complement a variety of greens and vegetables without overpowering them.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbs honey
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 clove mined garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
- Mix together all of the ingredient except the olive oil.
- Once it is well mixed slowly add olive oil while continuing to mix.
- Mix until thick and smooth
Serve
Serve over greens. Store in an airtight jar for up to a week.
