Both tangy and slightly sweet, balsamic vinaigrette is versatile enough to complement a variety of greens and vegetables without overpowering them.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 clove mined garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix together all of the ingredient except the olive oil.
  2. Once it is well mixed slowly add olive oil while continuing to mix.
  3. Mix until thick and smooth

Serve

Serve over greens. Store in an airtight jar for up to a week.
